Business Planning: Strategic business and market planning services for private sector businesses, not-for-profit organizations and destinations. This includes new ventures - from concept to implementation as well as revitalization of existing ventures.

Product/Experience Development: Facilitation and development of experience-based tourism products, packages, programs and partnerships within destinations and/or for regional/provincial alliances. Experience examples include: trail tourism (i.e. mountain biking, hiking, equestrian, snowmobiling, ATVing, paddling; etc.); golf tourism; cultural tourism; agri-tourism; Aboriginal tourism; motorcycle tourism; camping and RV tourism; cuisine tourism; Chinese tourism, etc

Marketing/Communications: Strategic planning, development and implementation of marketing/communication plans including tactics such as brand, print collateral, web – content/copy, media relations, partnerships, etc. to reach targeted markets.

Sales/Customer Relationship Management: Design and implementation of customer service training/management workshops and processes

Advisory & Project Management Services: Full or partial advisory and project management services available.

Education/Presentations: Design and facilitation of presentations, seminars, courses and educational workshops on tourism and sustainable Development for conferences, educational facilities, organizations and government agencies.
